March 20th Update-EC

March 23rd (Saturday) Rehearsal Notes

Location: Asbury Church 9-12 AM (Doors open at 8:30)

Rehearsal: Be sure to bring your packet of music.

Bring: water and, if desired, a light snack

Concert Polos: Please no NOT wear your polo shirt to rehearsal. You should wear it with your black pants, black belt, black socks and black shoes on Sunday for the Pullo Center performance.

March 24th (Sunday) Concert

Performing Choirs: Junior Honors Choir and YCHC’s new Elementary Choir

Location: The Pullo Performing Arts Center - EC singers should enter the Upper Pullo Entrance off of Ablemarle Street (entrance shown in picture above). YCHC will direct you to the lower backstage access door.

Call Time: Report time: 1:15 to backstage (middle level). Parent volunteers will direct you to the correct location. (You should enter at the upper level entrance).

Wear: Wear your EC polo shirt, black pants, and black shoes. The JHC will be in their formal concert attire. We are trying to convey the same respectful, understated attire. Style your hair away from your face. Do not wear strong scents.

Bring: water and, if desired, a light snack

Concert Tickets: This is a ticketed event. Seats are $12. Click here to purchase tickets in advance. Invite your family and friends! The ticket office will open at 1:00 pm for day of concert sales.

General admission ticket/General seating.

Concert Start Time: The house will open for audience seating at 3:00pm. The concert will begin at 3:30pm.

Concert: Elementary Choir performs first. Junior Honors Choir sings second.  Combined choirs sing “Why We Sing” as the finale.

Dismissal: Parents should meet students near the snack bar area on the middle floor.
