Dear Senior Honors Choir,

Apologies for not sending information about the finale weekend a bit earlier. We have finally confirmed all of the details with the Appell Center and are ready to share them with you. Below is all of the information you need for the finale weekend:

Saturday, May 31st

We will have our Senior Celebration Event on Saturday May 31st, as well as a brush-up rehearsal in preparation for the Finale. Here is the schedule:

• 2:00-3:30 - Senior solos rehearsals with Jacob

• 3:30-5:00 - SHC Rehearsal at Asbury United Methodist Church (AUMC)

• 5:30-7:00 - Senior Celebration Event followed by short reception (AUMC)

Seniors, for those of you who are interested in performing at the event, please fill out this form no later than Saturday, May 24th.

Sunday, June 1st

Our finale is here! The concert is scheduled for 4:00pm at the Capitol Theater, in the Appell Center for the Performing Arts. Take a look at the timeline for that day below:

• 1:00pm - SHC call time and warmup

• 1:30pm - SHC will move on stage for soundcheck

• 2:00pm - SHC takes picture on stage then moves back to warmup room

• 3:15pm - SHC joins Elementary Chorus and JHC back on stage for Why We Sing

• 3:30pm - Doors open

• 4:00pm - Program begins
