Winter Weather Update February 22

Dear Senior Honors Choir,

Due to the unpredictability of today’s weather, we have decided that the safest thing to do is to cancel today’s rehearsal and move to a Google Meet meeting. The wintry mix forecast is in place for our region, with a shift to snow as we are scheduled to end rehearsal, potentially making the roads trickier to navigate on your way home. Yes, we are very sad that we won’t see you in person today, but your wellbeing and safety comes before any rehearsal. Please know that we are considering extending next week’s rehearsal by at least 30 minutes, and no more than an hour, so the end time for next week will be either 4:30pm or 5:00pm to make up a small portion of the two rehearsals we have missed due to weather.

Today, we will have a brief meeting on Google Meet at 1:30pm, please use this link to access the meeting room.
